Five out of Nine Winners Choose Shortcuts

L'Oréal Colour Trophy Awards saw Shortcuts users walk away with most of the awards.

May 25, 2007 – London, UK - Every year, the stylists of all stylists gather around and compete for the L'Oréal Colour Trophy. A combination of fashion, creativity and innovation, the evening of awards has the glitz and glamour along with a lot of Shortcuts users! Five of the nine regional award winners in the UK were Shortcuts customers:

• Rogue Hair in Belfast winning the Northern Irish region award.
• Alan Edwards in Giffnock winning the Scottish region award.
• Craig Chapman in Launceston winning the Western region award.
• Saks in Great Yarmouth winning the Eastern region award.
• Daniel Grey Hairdressing in Stramongate winning the North Western region award

The competition has been drawing industry trail-blazers for over fifty years, distributing awards based on 50% cut and colour and 50% model, make-up and costume. Entrants were instructed to capture one of the catwalk trends for women for Autumn/Winter 2007/8, of course using L'Oréal colour.
