Take your business to the next level with Shortcuts Streamlined Training Tour. In partnership with Nexus Revolution, leading salon consultants, the workshop series provides a holistic approach to salon management.

The training tour helps to maximise your Shortcuts system with a focus on increasing clients’ rebooking rates, increasing new client rates, and increasing clients’ average dollar spend, which in effect increases business turnover.

The workshops are an opportunity to build on your Shortcuts knowledge and skills while helping to ‘streamline’ the way you use Shortcuts in the salon. Each of the five workshops combine Shortcuts technical knowledge with proven Nexus Revolution business strategies. By integrating technical knowledge and business management strategies, you are painted the complete picture of managing your business.

The Presenters

 Hayley Vowles, Global Educator - Shortcuts Software
Hayley (or ‘Hid’ as she is known in the industry) has been a part of the hairdressing scene for 13 years. Before joining Shortcuts, Hayley worked for and rubbed shoulders with industry heavy weights such as Benni Tognini, TONI&GUY, Stefan, and Vidal Sassoon. While styling was a passion, education took the reigns as Hayley undertook training coordinator and educator roles. In addition to these roles, Hayley has countless education seminars under her belt from her time at both TONI&GUY and Togninis.

At Togninis she had the responsibility of rewriting training manuals and coordinating Hair Expo’s numerous education platforms and competitions. Hayley has landed at Shortcuts with the all important job of coordinating and delivering training programs for all Shortcuts products to clients, employees and resellers worldwide.

Iain Horne, Managing Director - Nexus Revolution
Iain has spent the last ten years helping salon owners manage and market their salons. As a previous salon owner, Iain learned quickly what worked. Using this knowledge he became the managing director of Nexus Revolution, total salon management experts and leaders in the field of salon business systems. For the past two years Iain has been educating salon owners at workshops and seminars in Australia and internationally.

His charismatic presentations bring salon business into the real world, in easy to implement formats. Nexus Revolution will also be using a combination of new and exciting presenters this year to give attendees the opportunity to learn even more effectively through different communication styles.
